What causes of heart failure disease in young adults

What causes of heart failure disease in young adults. Heart failure is a disease in medical terms is called the "Cardiac Failure," is a medical emergency in which the amount of blood pumped by the heart every minute (cardiac output) are not able to meet the needs of the body's normal metabolism.
Sometimes people misinterpret heart failure as the cessation of heartbeat. Actually the term heart failure showed reduced ability of the heart to maintain his workload.
The rapid impact of heart failure affects the blood supply shortage, resulting in cell death due to lack of oxygen carried in the blood itself. Lack of oxygen supply to the brain (cerebral hypoxia), causing a person to lose consciousness and stop breathing suddenly resulting in death.

Causes of heart failure disease
Any disease that affects the heart and blood circulation can lead to heart failure. Some diseases can affect the heart muscle and its ability to contract and pump blood. The most common cause is coronary artery disease, which causes reduced blood flow to the heart muscle and can lead to a heart attack.
Heart muscle damage can be caused by:
- Myocarditis (infection of the heart muscle due to bacteria, viruses, or other microorganisms)
- Diabetes
- An overactive thyroid gland
- Overweight (obesity).
Heart valve disease can clog blood flow between the spaces of the heart or between the heart and major arteries. In addition, leakage of heart valves can cause the blood flow back to its original place. This situation will increase the workload of the heart muscle, which in turn could weaken the force of heart contractions.
Other disease primarily attacks the electrical conduction system of the heart and cause a slow heart rate, rapid or irregular, so it is not able to pump blood effectively.

If the heart has to work extra hard for a long period of time, then the muscles will swell; as well as that occurs in the muscles of the arm after several months of doing weight training. At first, this enlargement allows the heart to contract more forcefully; but eventually enlarged heart can cause a reduction in the heart's pumping ability and there was heart failure.

High blood pressure (hypertension) can cause the heart to work harder. The heart also to work harder if you have to push blood through the narrowed exit (usually narrowing of the aortic valve).
Another cause is the rigidity of the pericardium (a thin, transparent layer that covers the heart). This rigidity hinders the development of maximum heart so that the heart filling also be not optimal.
Other causes are more rare disease in other parts of the body, that leading to an increasing need for oxygen and nutrients, so that normal heart was not able to meet increased demand, and there is heart failure.
Causes of heart failure vary around the world because of diseases that occur was not the same in every country. For example, in certain tropical countries parasite can reside in the heart muscle and lead to heart failure at a much younger age.

Heart failure can be caused by a primary disorder of the heart muscle itself or an excessive burden of heart or a combination of both. In outline, the factors that led to the possibility of heart failure disease are those who have hypertension, hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol), smoking, diabetes, obesity (overweight) and someone who has a family history of heart disease and of course irregular lifestyle and lack of exercise.
